Non-toxic materials

These super cute crochet baby beanies are not only very comfy for your little cherub, but are also made of a high quality organic cotton and merino blend yarn. We only use G.O.T.S certified organic cotton (G.O.T.S is the worldwide standard for organic fabric) and fine merino wool from happily free roaming sheep. The yarn is hand dyed in non-toxic dye.

Care Recommendation

We do not treat our baby crochet beanies with any chemicals, so we recommend a little extra care when washing. Hand-washing is best, to ensure they retain the colour and shape – keeping them in all of their glory!

Shipping within Australia

KoalaBubs uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your product(s) will get to you save and fast.
All orders ship from Highfields, QLD and are usually dispatched within 48 hours (week days).
Once your goods are packed and dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery within Australia for orders over A$50 is free.

Delivery within Australia for orders under A$50 is charged at a flat rate of A$7.50.

To provide a smooth customer experience, depending on your delivery address, we will send your goods with a courier or Australia Post, (couriers may need a receiver to sign for the parcel).

If your shipping address is a PO Box your goods will be delivered via Australia Standard Post.

Shipping to New Zaland

Orders to New Zealand will be delivered for a flat rate of A$7.50.

International Shipping

For world wide shipping outside Australia you will be charged a flat rate of A$25. Please note that the buyer/ receipient has to take care of and pay all custom/ import fees and duties.

We pack your goods to prevent damage. We use eco-friendly, recycled and/or recyclable materials whenever possible and avoid unnecessary extra package materials.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package.

 

Damage

We double check every product that is leaving our warehouse to make sure you receive only the best quality products from KoalaBubs. We pack our goods to prevent damage. Howeverm should your parcel/ products be damaged during the shipping process, please let us know immediately. It is best to take photos of the damaged parcel and products, and send them to hello@koalabubs.com.au. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quick as possible.

Change of mind –  Return

If you have changed your mind and would like to return a purchased item, KoalaBubs may offer you an exchange, credit note or refund. There are a few things to keep in mind when returning a product:

  • You have 60 days to return an item from the time you received it.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your options are a refund, an exchange or a credit note.

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following products, as these items are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • KoalaBubs Gift Cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill out the Return Form and send it along with the returned item.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged, please get in touch with us via email (hello@koalabubs.com), phone 1300 668 962 or contact form so we can  send a replacement.  A photo is required initially, and in some instances, you’ll be asked to return the product for our inspection. Please notify KoalaBubs within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill out the Return Form and send it along with the returned item.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: KoalaBubs, 17 Eighth St, Speers Point NSW 2284, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If applicable, refund will be initiated immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchange

Our customer Service Team will be in touch with you to arrange an exchange of items.

Credit Note

A credit note will be issued and you will be informed via email.
